I called Dr. Newsome's office because I had a bad tooth ache. Then were able to work me in last minute. I was extremely happy with the warmth of his staff and that they all made me feel comfortable (I am a baby when it comes to going to the dentist). I felt relaxed and knew I was in good hands. I was also very happy because I only had to get one shot of Nova-cane rather than 3-5 that my other dentist would give. They talked to me throughout the procedure to let me know what was going on and what I should feel. I really appreciated that, especially because I needed a root canal. Dr. Newsome was able to get to a state of comfort until he came complete the root canal at a later date. After I got home I was even happier when I realized that I was not in any pain. I slept well and woke up this morning feeling great! I am so happy right now. Lastly, as I was in the middle of writing this review, guess who called to check on me - you got it, Dr. Newsome!
